Ordering Branded Uniform Doesn't Need to Be Complicated
One of the reasons I created The Uniform Guy was to make ordering uniform and
branded clothing easier.
You shouldn't need to understand garment codes, fabric weights, embroidery files,
print methods and hundreds of different product options.
You just need to know what you're trying to achieve.
I'll help you with the rest.
Step 1 — Tell Me What You Need
Start with a conversation.
Tell me about your business and what you're looking for.
That might be:
● New uniforms for your team
● Branded workwear
● Polo shirts and fleeces
● Hospitality uniforms
● Sportswear
● Hi-vis clothing
● Jackets
● Staff T-shirts
● Hoodies
● Corporate clothing
● A completely new uniform programme
Even if you're not completely sure what you want, that's fine.
We can start there.
Step 2 — I'll Help You Choose the Right Garments
There are thousands of garments available.
My job isn't to show you every single one.
It's to help narrow everything down to the products that actually suit your
requirements.
We'll consider things like:
● What the garment is being used for
● How regularly it will be worn
● Working environment
● Style
● Fit
● Colour
● Durability
● Branding
● Budget
This makes choosing uniform much easier.
Step 3 — Send Me Your Logo
If you're having clothing branded, send me your company logo.
Already have proper artwork?
Great.
Only have an old JPEG or screenshot?
Send that too.
I'll check what's suitable and explain if anything needs to be changed.
Step 4 — Choose Your Branding
Depending on the garment and logo, we can decide whether embroidery, printing or
a combination of the two will give you the best result.
Popular options include:
Embroidered left chest logo
Printed back branding
Staff names
Job titles
Sleeve logos
Sponsor branding
You don't have to make these decisions alone.
I'll advise you.
Step 5 — Check the Details
Before production, we'll make sure the important details are right.
That includes things such as:
● Garments
● Colours
● Sizes
● Quantities
● Branding
● Logo position
● Personalisation
Where appropriate, branding artwork or proofs can also be checked before your
complete order goes into production.
Step 6 — Production
Once everything is approved, your garments move into production.
Your clothing will be embroidered, printed or personalised according to the agreed
specification.
Step 7 — Your Uniform Is Ready
Once complete, your order is prepared for delivery.
You now have professional branded clothing ready for your team.
Need More Later?
Businesses change.
New employees join.
Existing staff need replacement garments.
Teams grow.
That's why I want The Uniform Guy to be more than somewhere you place one
order.
Once we've established what works for your business, reordering can become much
simpler.
Starting From Scratch?
That's absolutely fine.
You don't need:
● A garment list
● Product codes
● Finished artwork
● Detailed specifications
● Knowledge of embroidery
● Knowledge of printing
You just need an idea of what you're trying to achieve.
Tell me:
Who are we dressing?
What do they do?
What do they need to wear?
What's important to you?
From there, we can build the right solution.
Ready to Get Started?
Send me a message and tell me what you're looking for.
It doesn't have to be a perfectly prepared enquiry.
Even:
"I've got 10 members of staff and need some branded polos and jackets."
is enough to get the conversation started.
